Hi, I'm Kristin
I'm a business coach for entrepreneurs building service-based or people-centered businesses. I help you move from scattered to grounded with simple systems, clear strategy, and CEO-level time management.
After several years in corporate leadership, I left to build my own businesses in coaching and real estate. Through that journey, I became passionate about helping others create confidence, structure, and sustainable systems in their businesses.
I'm married to an entrepreneur, Reise Pomroy, owner of Pomroy Builders Group, homeschool my three children, and understand firsthand what it looks like to build a business alongside family life. My faith guides my decisions, and I value health, routine, and a calm, orderly home.
I also run a local business development company called Elevate - Houston Bay Area, supporting small business owners in my community. I believe that strong businesses can create stronger families and communities.
